A door-to-door liaison
between the Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport or
ORLY airport and any "Inside Paris" hotels.
Transport in air conditioned shared 8 seats minibuses.
ARRIVAL
TRANSFER AT CDG:
Meeting Point
- TERMINAL CDG 1 Client should proceed to GATE 16 – DEPARTURE
LEVEL
- TERMINAL CDG 2 Client should proceed to GATE 8 – ARRIVAL
LEVEL, At Terminals A, B, C, D, E or F
- TERMINAL CDG 3 Client should proceed to EXIT DOOR

ARRIVAL

Meeting Point
- ORLY SUD/SOUTH passenger should proceed to Arrival Level,
DOOR M
- ORLY OUEST/WEST passenger should proceed to Arrival
Level,DOOR H

at the meeting point :
- For mid-and
long-haul flights
1 Hour after time of
landing.
- For France and
Schengen countries flights
30 Minutes after
time of landing.
In
case of delay, a toll free number is available for the passengers to
get information about the exact arrival time of the shuttle.
Additional
charge of $25 per person for late flight arrival (beyond 8.45 pm) will
systematically apply.
Each minibus stops at a maximum of 4 hotels. Average waiting time of 20
minutes between arrival at our Air City Service Welcome Desks and
minibus departure

1. Advance
reservations and payment are mandatory.
2. To reserve, you
must provide exact flight information with Airline
name, flight number,
time of Paris arrival
or departure, name of last or first city stop in
or out of Paris.
3. The purchase of
this service on the spot at the airport is illegal.
4. As this is not a
scheduled service but only provided by reservation,
transfers or refunds
can not be guaranteed
in case of delayed arrival flight or last minute
schedule changes.
