All
clients will be
contacted with a welcome telephone call from our staff on their arrival
day.
Departure
transfer:
a pick-up information sheet is faxed to clients the afternoon before
departure day. We have set 2.5 hours prior to flight departure from
Venice airport; 3 hours prior to flight departure from Treviso airport;
1 hour prior to train departure and embarkation time for cruises.
Airport
– Hotel in Venice or vice versa
The service includes
meet & greet with our English Speaking assistant, private
limousine from Airport Terminal to landing dock, private motor launch
from the airport landing dock to the reserved hotel or closest pier.
Porterage is included at the airport and, if necessary, in town.
Airport-centre
or vice versa
The service includes
meet & greet with our English Speaking assistant, minibus from
Airport Terminal to P.le Roma, motor launch from P.le Roma landing dock
to the reserved hotel or closest mooring point.
Venice
Airport- Venice Hotels or v.v.
The service includes
motor launch for 6 people and 6 bags. Private boat transfer from the
airport pier to the reserved hotel or closest mooring point. ARRIVAL:
Go to VISIT ITALY desk just outside custom area on left hand-side
inside the airport arrival terminal. Present your transfer voucher and
receive instruction how to reach your private boat.
DEPARTURE: Meet your
boat driver at hotel pier or closest pier, approximately 3 hours prior
to flight departure time.
MEET
& GREET
LOCATIONS:
The passenger is met
outside Customs Clearance
WAITING
CHARGE:
Please be advised that
their is a 1 hours waiting time period included
after the flight's scheduled arrival time.
After 1 hour, their
will be a 30EURO per hour charge to be paid
directly to the driver.
NIGHT
TRANSFERS:
There will be a Night
transfer charge for Pickups between 9:00PM
and 7:00AM
NO
SHOW POLICY:
If a customer fails to
show at the designated pick up location a "No
Show" fee equal to the cost of the trip plus the appropriate vehicle
gratuity, applicable waiting time and all other out of pocket costs
will be charged to that customer's credit card. If a customer cannot
locate the driver, the Dispatcher must be called immediately at the
numbers indicated on your VOUCHER.
GENERAL
TERMS &
CONDITIONS:
- A surcharge based on the fare, stop time and waiting time
will be charged to all trips taking place on the following holidays:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 14th, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
- All out of pocket charges, including tolls, parking,
airport fees and taxes will be added to your bill.
- All rides are billed to a customer's credit card. We
accepts American Express, Diner's Club, Mastercard, Visa.
- Customer's credit cards will be charged after the time of
booking. Credit cards are pre-authorized and used to hold your
reservation.
- Extra stops en route are charged $35.00 or at the
appropriate vehicle hourly rate in 30 minute increments.
- For non-airport pick-ups a grace period of 15 minutes is
given. -Once either grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged
at the appropriate vehicle hourly rate in 30 minute increments.
- If a customer cannot locate the driver, Dispatcher must be
called to avoid being charged for a "No Show".
- If a customer fails to show at the designated pick up
location a "No Show" fee equal to the cost of the trip plus the
appropriate vehicle gratuity, applicable waiting time and all other out
of pocket costs will be charged to that customer's credit card.
- Waiting Time For airport pick-ups a 30 minute grace period
is given after the posted flight arrival time.
- Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged according to
the following scale. Client will have his/her credit card(s) charged
for any no shows, late cancellations, any changes made without prior
notification, and overtime fees. EUROQUEST, or any of its affiliates
and the driver(s) will assume no responsibility for any articles left
in the vehicle.
- No smoking is permitted in the vehicle at any time. Alcohol
will not be consumed by anyone who has not attained the age of 21 years
as of the date of the rental. The chauffeur reserves the right to
terminate your rental if the terms of the agreement are violated.
- Taxes will be charged where applicable.
- When reserving the vehicle you are entering a lease
agreement which states the following: The vehicle will be clean and as
you have ordered and inspected. The Lessee will be responsible for any
and all damage to the vehicle caused by the lessee or guests of the
lessee. The vehicle will not be used to violate any local, federal,
and/or international laws, regulations or ordinances. The client is
responsible for all parking charges, and/or bridge toll fees.
- The company reserves the right to invoice the client with a
50% charge unless cancellation has been received one hour prior to the
dispatch of the car.
- All parking and entrance fees are chargeable
- All hiring start when the car leaves the garage and finish
when the car returns to the garage. Except where subject to affixed
charge e.g Airport transfer/specific quotations.
- The company accepts no responsibilities for any delays
however caused. Neither can responsibility be accepted for any loss or
damage to any property or luggage carried in the car howsoever such
loss or damage is caused.
- Any damage caused to the interior/exterior or any of our
vehicles will incur costs payable by the client.
- When a hirer desires to travel to a particular place, the
driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by the Company
travel by route which is, in his/her opinion, the best and most
convenient for motoring whether the route is shortest or not, and no
allowance will be made to hirer on the ground that the route adopted is
not actually
