We provide professional, reliable ON-TIME chauffeured airport
car services at an outstanding value. All our chauffeurs are
fully trained, English Speaking and they will meet you at the
airport and will drop you off in front of your hotel.
Meet and Greet option:
Airport and rail station are usually very crowed. We strongly
recommend this option.
If you choose the Meet and Greet option, an english speaking
assistant will welcome you upon your arrival and will escort you
to the driver waiting for you outside the airport in the car. The
assistant will help you with the porterage of your luggages.
If you do not take this option, the driver will wait for you
inside the airport and you will need to go to the parking with
your luggages to reach the car.
This option is also HIGHLY recommended if you are arriving by
train at the railstation.
WAITING POLICY:
Because you provide your flight informations, our drivers will
know if your flight is delayed or in advance and will be ready
waiting for your at the airport after the customer area, holding a
EUROQUEST sign with your NAME ON IT.
Please be advised that their is a 1 hour waiting time period
included after the flight's actual arrival time.
If you are delayed at the customs or baggage claim or for any
reason, after the actual arrival time, you are required to call
the driver (number will be indicated on the voucher) to ask him to
wait for you. A waiting fee will be charged by the driver directly
to the client if the driver waits more than 1 hour after the
actual landing time.
NIGHT TRANSFERS:
A night transfer fee will be charged for pickups between 8PM and
7AM. This charge is applied during the booking. For departure
transfers, pick up time is scheduled 3 hours before the departure
time of the flight and will be reconfirmed by our local agency
after the booking.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
Private cars can take up to 2 Passengers with 2 full suitcases and
2 small carry on in a trunk. Passengers should be advised that
anything over this baggage allowance will cause a problem and it
will be up to the driver to accept or deny the transfer of a
passengers with his/her luggage. Due to the fact that the driver
delivered the service, and that the passengers were fully aware of
the baggage allowance, their will be no refunds for the passenger
that will be denied a transfer.
MEETING PROCEDURES:
Our driver will be holding a EUROQUEST sign with your name on it.
If you do not want your name to be shown, please advise us and we
will change it as per your request. Should you not see your driver
for any reason you are requested to call our 24hours a day
dispatch on line at the phone numbers indicated on your electronic
voucher IMMEDIATELY. Do NOT leaving without calling your driver.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If a customer fails to show at the designated pick up location a
"No Show" fee equal to the cost of the trip plus the appropriate
vehicle gratuity, applicable waiting time and all other out of
pocket costs will be charged to that customer's credit card. If a
customer cannot locate the driver, the Dispatcher must be called
immediately at the numbers indicated on your electronic VOUCHER.
Local Operator Information
Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers
at your destination, are included on your CONFIRMATION
VOUCHER SENT VIA EMAIL. Our Product Managers select only
the most experienced and reliable operators in each destination,
removing the guesswork for you, and ensuring your peace of mind.

Additional Information:
- Confirmation of this transfer will take up to 48 hours,
depending on availability
- Night supplement needs to be charge if pick up is scheduled
betwee 8:00PM and 7:00AM.
- For departure transfers, pickups are scheduled 3 hours before
the flight departure time.
- Pick up time are reconfirmed by the local agency.
- 1 suitcase and one carry on per person. If more luggages,

Once you have booked and received your electronic voucher by
email, the contact details for the travel service operator
will be on this voucher including the departure time, the exact

you to call if you require any assistance during your trip. Where
applicable, you are required to call the travel service operator
directly to advise of additional information.
